- Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Not for most treatments. Longer appointments and some advanced skin treatments may ask for one when you book online, and the amount comes off your bill on the day.
- Can I book a patch test online?
- Patch tests do not need an appointment. Pop into any salon at least 48 hours before your treatment and reception will do it while you wait. Tinting, lash and laser treatments all need one.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at 50 percent of the treatment price.
- Does the price online match the price in salon?
- Yes. Booking online shows the exact price for the salon and therapist you pick before you confirm, which is why prices vary slightly between the three salons.
- Can I book a treatment at any salon?
- Most treatments run at all three. A few are exclusive: HydraFacial is Clifton Down only, electrolysis, Cryopen and dermaplaning are Westbury on Trym, and CACI and Environ are Westbury Park.
