Questions, answered
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for treatments involving tint or products near the eye: brow and lash tinting, HD Brows, brow lamination, LVL Lash Lift and semi-permanent makeup. Pop into any salon up to 48 hours before your appointment, it takes a couple of minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the treatment value, and group bookings need 72 hours notice. It keeps appointments available for everyone.
How do I pay?
We are cash-free. Credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer, whichever suits you. We also offer Klarna, so you can spread the cost of your treatment over three months.
How do gift vouchers work?
Buy online in a minute and spend it on treatments at any of our three Bristol salons.
- Validity: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Non-refundable: cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- No cash value: cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I bring my little ones?
We love them, but treatment rooms and small people do not mix. Please arrange childcare before your visit, otherwise we sadly have to rebook you and a cancellation fee applies.
