A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future booking if cancelled with adequate notice.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payments can be made via credit or debit card. Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds and credits
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.
Credits may be issued at the management’s discretion.
