What it is
These are our two strongest non-surgical lifting treatments, delivered on the Focus Dual platform. RF Microneedling drives radiofrequency energy through fine needles into the dermis, combining collagen induction with deep heating. HIFU uses focused ultrasound to reach the SMAS layer, which is the tissue layer a surgeon tightens during a facelift.
Neither is a facelift, and we will not pretend otherwise. What they do is tighten and lift skin that has mild to moderate laxity, which for many people delays the point at which surgery becomes the only option.
What it helps with
Booked for:
- Sagging along the jawline and jowls
- Loss of definition in the cheeks and neck
- Fine lines, wrinkles and crepey texture
- Acne scarring and stretch marks
- Skin laxity on the abdomen
Which one, and when you will see it
RF Microneedling is the better choice when texture and scarring are part of the picture alongside laxity. HIFU is the better choice when the concern is purely lift and the looseness sits deeper.
Some tightening shows shortly after treatment, but the meaningful result develops as new collagen forms. Most people see their improvement build over 8 to 12 weeks, and results can hold for 12 months or longer depending on your skin and lifestyle.
Consultation first
Both treatments start with a consultation, because the right answer depends on how much laxity you actually have and where it sits. Someone with early softening along the jaw and someone with significant sagging need different plans and different budgets.
Introductory HIFU pricing may apply, so ask when you book.
